Audit and fix text rendering of Wallet API reference

Fix inconsistent/confusing/missing details in the displayed text throughout the Wallet JSON-RPC API interactive reference. This requires updating the Wallet API specs, Ethereum API specs, and OpenRPC spec parser.

Specs that still need to be audited/fixed:

• wallet_requestPermissions - enable customization of property names
• wallet_revokePermissions - enable customization of property names
• eth_signTypedData_v4 - customization doesn't work as expected, need to investigate spec
• Encryption and subscription methods
• Ethereum Execution API methods
