Add single node test of auto mode docker packaging if it doesn't exist

I think auto mode docker exists only in mesa branch. We do have tests of auto mode in compatible already, but not for the docker packaging. Could start with simple 1-node test with simple genesis ledger, like the existing auto mode unit test.
