PRs for dotnet not being handled

I am sorry to bother here but the community seems to be more active in this repo. Is there amy way our PR could be checked and merged in the dotnet repo? It has been sitting there for 4 months.

Hello @tvavrda , I understand your concern, but the maintainer of the dotnet repo can be busy with some other stuff. So, please be patient and check with some other memebrs of that project?
