How to invite others to collaborate using the Full version of Nexent？

I want to participate in the Huawei ICT Competition. There are three people in the team, so we need to collaborate. I am currently deploying Nexent on a cloud server, using the Full version. However, I found that regular users cannot configure agents; an administrator account is required.

I have some questions about the Full Version of Nexent:

• When deployed locally (on WLS on Windows) or on a cloud server:
  Do we only need to set up an invitation code for team members to collaborate based on this code? Where do we set the invitation code?
• How does collaboration work in the Full Version? Is it similar to GitHub, where there is a main agent, and other administrator members can configure their own agents in a manner similar to forking and ultimately update the main agent, or is there another way to collaborate?
• Where can regular users be converted to administrators? The email registered as a regular user cannot be re-registered as an administrator, so where can we convert to an administrator?

I would appreciate answers or relevant documentation links.

Yes, we should provide ways for an organization to share agents and collaborate on creation. However, the full capabilities of SaaS belong to our commercial version features and are therefore not available in opensource version. But that's okay—my recommendation is that you can absolutely share a single administrator account. There is no limit on the number of concurrent login sessions for the current account, so you can fully utilize the same account for collaboration.

The answer to your question is:

1. Yes, you need to at least make sure all users accessible to the deployed site, so cloud server is a good choice. But local network also works if you know how to connect.
2. The invitation code is inside .env to set up, you can use the default one.
3. As answered in 2.
