Be able to mute or ban multiple people #44

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be useful when trying to deal with a raid or a chat gone out of control, like when more than one person is spamming and needs to be muted.
Describe the solution you'd like
Just to be able to use a command, ping two people, and for the command to work on both of them, i.e. !tempmute @A @b 1h spam
