New Title Filter Doesn't Work on URLs Tabs

When using the New Title search box, it doesn't appear to filter on the new titles but the original titles. I only tested this on the delta URLs page, so I'm not sure if it also translates to the curated URLs page

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Filter on 'Example-' returns the following (pulling from the original titles):
