💪 Motivation

...so that I can adjust intuitively the granularity I expect in my results, e.g. switch from datasets to collections when I have too many results.

Maybe the default 50 limit is not what we should keep used by the MCP client is not what we should keep (as tested with claude code).

By returning the total number of results in the peppi Products object. With a count property which would trigger the first lazy call to the API.
