Potentially one could also add following modules in the future

• More in deep what can be measured in 2D or 3D that is reasonable given the resolution (shape, intensities, etc.). For example in 2D different area with different resolutions. Can I measure shape, can I measure intensity?
• Photobleaching just describe how different imaging conditions affect photobleaching
• Correct intensity variations between slides (in T or Z), Photobleaching how to correct it with a moving average or similar, correct decrease in Z
