In customer's environment we may need to dump serveral lore ids together using a fuzzy approach, and currently we may throw error for several reasons:

1. The operators is not supported.
2. The operators may report error for misconfigured.

Describe the solution you'd like

Since large scale etl jobs run for a long time, and it would be expensive to retry jobs for filtering out correct lore ids. We need to introduce a non-strict mode to tolerate those failed lore ids and keep successful dumped lore data.
