Add a command to check for updated plugins

It would be great if there were a command like tns plugin check that would scan my package.json for plugins, check npm for new versions, and report on any newer versions. Otherwise I'm routinely checking each plugin individually.

this can already be done very easily with vscode and the version lens plugin

I'll try that, thanks! I do still think there is value in showing this kind of data alongside tns info too.
