Fragpipe protein prophet crash

Hi, we are running some files on the newest version of fragpipe and we have a crash at the protein prophet step. We tried different FASTA files, raw files and we keep getting the same crash. We also double checked and all users have admin rights so protein prophet shouldn't be blocked. Thank you in advance,
