GL.iNet Adgaurd Through NPM

I currently run NPM to give most of my services on my network a recognized domain name and a wildcard certificate. I have my GL.iNet router as router.mydomain.com, however when I try to access the adguard settings using that domain name the link goes to router.mydomain.com:3000 and shows

Ideally I would want requests for router.mydomain.com:3000 to point to adgaurd.mydomain.com but even going to that subdomain directly gives the same issue as above.
