Implement Swimming community

[NicoJuicy]

For my webshop, a community arround swimming could exist.

• Implement multiple blogs & contact the authors
• The authors ( feed on their name) are moderator on their items
• Implement email notifications on comments / activity
• Tag events, for sport events
• Interview multiple persons for the good cause and or athletes
