Group Targeting

The widgets plugin has the option to hide widgets from anonymous users. It would be great to have the functionality to hide widgets from users, or select the usergroups that can see a specific widget.This would be perfect for targeting widgets towards a specific usergroup, or showing messages to guests only.

Didn't see this when I did #12 but like I posted there I think there should be some standardized gui/flow for adding a boolean property like this to a list of groups. That'd make it easy to roll out/reuse this sort of functionality. 📦

This was added a while ago
