@pulse00 I think it may be worth to target 2.5, especially if changes are big.

I am currently running with xtend 2.4.2 without much problems :-)

xtend is java langauge, I think you mentioned Xtext...

sure, because of backward compatibility.
The abstract idea was, that we can use latest XText as dependency (if it makes our lives easier)

@scharf your comment is more like conversation and not issue solving. Please find other ways to reach team
