I've purchased the professional plan for 3 months and immediately I am unable to generate any tokens at all. My tasks are persistently stuck with a status of "incomplete job", even though I am being debited the credits. There is absolutely no support at all. The discord has two channels: a rules channel and a channel for getting temporary keys to use tokens. There is no button to make a ticket to talk with support. The GitHub pages haven't been updated in a year and the maintainers have not responded to any issues in that time frame either. The single admin/developer you can see in the Nopecha support discord has messages/friend requests turned off and there is literally no way to talk to someone about support.


Where is the ticket button? Why are there only two channels? If you type anything in the free-key-discord channel, your message is auto deleted unless it's a command for getting free tokens.
It's completely outrageous that the only channel to talk to support is a discord channel where again, there is no way to talk to someone. I haven't generated a single token since I've bought this service.
I'll be talking with my bank to get my money back. To anyone that sees this in the future, avoid this service.
