Improving data quality in duration fields (BT-36-Lot, BT-36-Part and BT-98-Lot)

Wouldn't it make sense to limit the length of the duration fields to 4 or 5 digits? The maxLength attribute could simply be introduced for the corresponding fields.

In any case, I can't think of a duration that could be meaningfully specified with more than 4 digits.
