Since HecBench is no longer single-person project and part of ORNL ownership, I would like to code of contact that covers ethical issues and ensures contributors to follow the rules (PR, Review and Merge process, etc.). We are going to import the rules from a few Open Source Project (such as OpenMP V&V and example suites).
