What to do with large organizations?

The https://github.com/uk-gov-mirror has more than 11,000 repositories (and they are mirrors anyway) so for now I remove that.
Some other organizations (e.g. https://github.com/Automattic ) have close to 1,000 repositories.
https://github.com/google/ has 2447 repos

Shall we process all of them all the time?
