Tool t.vect.univar needs JSON output that would look similarly to v.univar JSON output. Also it would have new "plain" and "csv" formats that would behave similarly.
There is a smoke test in temporal/t.vect.univar/testsuite/test.t.vect.univar.sh, that will need to be rewritten/updated to pytest.
