Loading

OneDrive API returns a default page size limit of 200 items.
How can I increase this limit?

Top-parameter in odquery like:
var odquery = "?top=500&expand=thumbnails,children(expand=thumbnails(select=" + thumbnailSize + "))";
doesn't work.
