Describe the bug

I have two monitors with different resolution and scaling.
On the low res monitor, the explorer displays information in the bottom row using the primary monitor absolute size.

Area of issue

To reproduce

Open explorer on second monitor or drag the window across to second monitor.

Expected behavior

I want explorer to use correct DPI on second monitor. I want the placement of text to be indented slightly as the text goes all the way to the edge.
