Entering 'logoff' in the shutdown menu items does not show it in the shutdown menu

To reproduce

1. Open menu settings, click 'Main Menu' tab
2. Next to 'Shutdown menu items' enter 'logoff' (as the hover tooltip tells you to do)
3. Click OK

Expected behavior

Log off to appear in the shutdown menu items in the start menu.

Additional context

Using Japanese locale. Item that appears is only 'restart' because it's the only other menu item I've set.

No, but now I see 'switch user' with 'restart' when I leave it empty.

You can set only available shutdown commands in custom shutdown menu list.

If you don't have Log off available, it means it is disabled on your system for some reason (you shouldn't see Log off option even in standard Windows start menu).
Most likely by some policy. Check this link for how to enable it:
