Missing base-template

throws a generic exception because the template is missing in the base-theme. It only exists in the openconext-theme.

@baszoetekouw It's the default help-button on the WAYF-screen if no alternative link is set through the translation-files.
The Skeune-theme does this, which is probably why you guys never noticed it, but any other theme extending the base-theme would have a WAYF with a non-functioning help-button.
