Refactor NVRAM platform service backend to use proper embassy-imxrt RTC GPREG

GPREG is not currently accessible via standard embassy-imxrt APIs, so the NVRAM platform service is using the unstable-pac feature to work around this. This issue is to refactor this backend to use the proper embassy-imxrt APIs once they are implemented and available
