Any thoughts on making OpenEmu for Apple TV, iPad, iOs, etc?

I would love to have OpenEmu running on my Apple TV. Any plans for this in the upcoming future I hope?

I wouldn't hold my breath. If you want something similar, go for the Provenance emulator. (it's not on the App Store yet, but it's getting close)

RetroArch is available for the AppleTV.

OpenEmu is heavily dependent on macOS' frameworks and design language. While the underlying frameworks can be ported to non-Mac Apple platforms, the app would need to be completely re-written to take advantage of a touch interface.
