 present

The requested functionality to add SNR reporting (RSSI/SNR for each path, pubq free page) is already implemented in the codebase.
The files `core/rtw_recv.c`, `hal/hal_com.c`, `core/rtw_debug.c`, `include/rtw_debug.h`, `include/rtw_recv.h`, and `os_dep/linux/rtw_proc.c` already contain the code from the reference commit.
