Different GPIO pins open and close the same IR shutter? #1720

I've found out that on my camera GPIO 10 setting to "HIGH" closes the shutter and GPIO 11 setting to "HIGH" opens the shutter. It doesn't react to "LOW" at any GPIO. What should I do to make the filter work automatically?
