Description
My Shipping Provider makes a Shipment → sales/shipment is created and QtyShipped is increased.
Later something happened with the Shipment (getting lost, etc.), and my Provider is required to make a new Shipment.
Now I want both the old, and the new Shipment in the System, but the old one needs to be marked in the system that it got canceled.
Also, canceling the old Shipment, should cause QtyShipped to be reduced again.
Expected Behavior
QtyShipped to be reduced again.
Status/State might need to change to not be complete anymore.
