[Bug]: Social media icons in "Connect with us" section do not redirect to any page

What happened?

The social media icons (Discord, Twitter, and Facebook) shown in the “Connect with us” section are not working properly.
Clicking on these icons does not redirect the user to the corresponding social media pages.
