New OZ Skill for AI-assisted review of integrator Sui Move code against OpenZeppelin's audited on-chain patterns (the "audit-support" capability from #377).

This is an AI code review, NOT a formal security audit — named review- deliberately to avoid the security-audit connotation.

• check correct use of OZ-on-Sui primitives
• flag deviations from the audited examples/ / doc-comment patterns
• (later) flag anti-patterns once [Feature]: Machine-readable module metadata for AI agents #375's anti-pattern metadata lands

Part of #377; depends on metadata #375 (done).

New review-sui-contracts skill — AI-assisted review of Sui Move code that integrates OpenZeppelin Contracts for Sui (audit-support): checks correct use of OZ primitives (incl. which role/witness gates each action), deviations from examples/doc-comments, upheld invariants, test coverage, and code-quality against STYLEGUIDE. Methodology-first/SSOT; review- deliberately (not a formal security audit). Stacked on the develop-secure-contracts PR (#422 → openzeppelin-skills#11).
