Get artifacts of Design System Toolbox version 1.3.0

It's springtime! And while the buds are bursting forth, we're releasing two new components: the "alert message" and the "inline alert"!

Plus, we were feeling creative and changed the animation for the selected tab indicator in the "tab bar" component for iOS up to 18. And it looks fantastic.
