phpPresentation - PowerPoint generation - 'Repair' errors

Hi - I am using phpOffice/phpPresentaton to generate PowerPoint slides as part of a larger project.

I founs 2 problems and wonder if anyone can help please

1. Powerpoint file is generated by the writer. When I try to open in PowerPoint application I receive two error upon opening offering me a 'Repair' option. When I click Repair the PowerPoint continues to open and all seems well. Any idea why Repair error may be generated with standard compose download version? Any any idea on how to resolve please.

2. The latest version of phpOffice/pjpPresentation do not appear to suport Powerpoint charts. I have an older fork nd have vut this down to charting only and can genetate a PowerPoint chart , but receive the same 'Repair' prompts upo opening

I must be doing something wrong in both cases, but would appreciate any pointers.
