GitLab has March 18th 2026 the support for Agent Skills specification:
https://about.gitlab.com/releases/gitlab-com/#support-for-agent-skills-in-ides-and-cicd-pipelines

• Skills must be rendered in .gitlab/duo/skills
• CLI diff command must detect changes in .gitlab/duo/skills
