我自己组建了一个比官方的两个ppliteseg更大的模型，参数量有2000w，但是数据、参数等都不变的情况下，训练效果还没有小的好，怀疑是因为自己建的骨干网络没有预训练导致的，想问一下怎么预训练自己建的骨干网络？
