Is your improvement related to a problem? Please describe.

As discussed in #7272 with the new recoverability pipeline "headercustomization" is now rather "FaultMetaDataThatLaterOnWillBeAddedAsHeaders"-Customization. We should consider renaming or potentially obsoleting the API.
