Support websocket connections with fully qualified namespaces when using AzureServiceBus transport

Currently if you use a fully qualified namespace, no other connection string options can be used.

Describe the requested feature

The connection string parser should allow passing additional settings (e.g. TransportType=AmqpWebSockets) independent from the authentication type which is currently not possible.

Describe alternatives you've considered

ManagedIdentity can be used with fully qualified namespaces, but that is not necessarily an option for all users
