ServiceInsight silent uninstall is broken

Hey,

I Maintain the chocolatey package for serviceinsight. I noticed that the silent uninstall had been broken for a while. Upon digging further it appears to be because the Uninstall registry key has changed. I fixed this in the chocolatey package but i did notice the version is duplicated twice in the registry key name so i figured i would report this since this looks like a mistake.
