Service pulse I do not understand how to use. I am in the sequence diagram view, how do I get back to see the messages? I have spent 10 minutes trying to push every button. Have to exit app and start over.

Have you maybe dragged split bar all the way to the top?

There is a **reset layout** option in the menu, try that and restart the app. See if that works?
