Duplication on AWS/Azure platform/cloud support

There is overlap on Azure and AWS cloud services compatibility:

This can be restructure to avoid duplication and eventually misalignment.

@ramonsmits, can you please describe more what problem we are trying to resolve here? These pages have a different audience, and the content is different.
The structure of the page may be similar, but that does not mean that it needs to be in the future. Technologies evolve quickly, so these pages can easily diverge over time, and there is no harm in that.
