How to use portkey in claude code gh action?

We want to use the portkey in claude code gh action. I tried overriding the envs and the action does not run. Initially it did threw an error

but once I fixed it, claude code was stuck in the pipeline nothing was happening. Is it currently possible to use Portkey with this action?
