PostgREST is designed to work with PostgreSQL, not Databricks' own API implementation. Databricks has built their own PostgREST-like service, so there's no direct compatibility. If you're looking to connect to Databricks data, you'd need to use their Data API instead. Check their feature compatibility reference to see if it meets your needs.
