[FEATURE] Ubuntu support

Please could you add ubuntu-jammy and ubuntu-noble build targets? Noble is based on debian-trixie so it might be easy enough to add that while you are at it.

See #473 for debian-trixie support. I did a quick test and Ubuntu support is not completely straightforward, although given the existing dockerfiles in builder-support, you should be able to work on ubuntu support if you're interested. I don't have the time and don't need Ubuntu support myself.
