what am i missing doing wrong here, i tried to run ssh server in windows 11, im not a poweruser by any means.

i installed the openssh with scoop. step reproduced:

check openssh from windows capability (admin pwsh)

Get-WindowsCapability -Online | Where-Object Name -like 'OpenSSH.*'

ssh-keygen.exe and ssh-keygen -A. which generate ~/.ssh and env:PROGRAMDATA/ssh directory

add sshd_config to $env:PROGRAMDATA/ssh
