GA releases appear to have been removed

• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

I'm not sure if I'm just completely confused, but it appears that the generally available releases are no longer available for download. I have a machine that's Windows Server 2016 (which is in extended support until January 2017), which doesn't have OpenSSH as an optional feature. So to install SSH, I need to obtain them from this repository. Except that the releases appear to be gone.

Expected behavior

Releases for Generally Available versions should be available for download.

Actual behavior

Releases are nonexistant.
