Rulers don't move with horizontal scrolling

The rulers are fixed in the editor window. They do not move if you scroll horizontally in the editor window.

Any plans to fix this? When you scroll, the rules should not follow the window. Rather, they should stay at the given column(s).

I just stumbled on this.

This does not appear to be an issue.

Using the latest Atom (1.20.0) and omni-ruler (0.6.0) on September 18th, 2017. macOS 10.12.6.
