Let's advertise our internship opportunities on our home page (when applications are open, and just links in contributing section all the time).

@dcamron I was wondering if we'd want to abstract this a little bit and also link to the Unidata internship program somewhere in the collaborations page - or keep it strictly to Pythia internships opportunities.
