Publish confirmation not received

Sometimes (I think when running SAM apps but not sure) there is log spam, every 2 seconds it outputs a batch of about 10-20 repeated messages that are the same:

warn - Destination: Publish confirmation was not received in 1800 milliseconds or failed. will try again

It can go on for some time, like at least about an hour.

Do you know what causes it or how it could be fixed?
