Currently cross-platformness in TagsResearch refers to ability to install the program on computer on 3 main desktop platforms: Windows, macOS, Linux. It should also have some export feature so you can use the same data on all platforms. This approach however has some disadvantages:

If we do account for mobile platform then currently only 7 out of 54 total and 19 cross-platform programs will remain.
One solution I do think about is introducing three new categories: a) mobile cross-platformness b) desktop cross-platformness c) true cross-platformness. The problem with this approach is which of the new categories to pick on the Software List since it has a place only for one cross-platform category column.

Web platform was added because many programs that I stumbled upon required a server to deploy/run. However the more I look at Software List where websites on which you create account (GitHub GitLab) and can access it through your mobile phone, desktop and whatever device else the more it feels wrong and should be quickly thought about if there's a better way to name that category.
