Feature Request: Transferring a name to `serverwelf` will delete the name and make it available again.

The existing `reconnected.kro` would be unaffected, only new transfers.
Currently (same with krist) there is no way to delete names except by manually deleting it in the database. This can lead to names for permanently dead shops to remain on the network when the player leaves and never returns to the server. Letting them delete the name to free it up for others to take could help with that
